Tradeline associates was one of the best choices I've made in a long time. I am very happy and pleased with the results. And I am thankful that I made them the choice to go with
The agreement that governs your use of our website and your purchase of Tradeline Associates services and products, including our refund and cancellation policy.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Tradeline Associates Inc. (“TLA,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They apply to tradelineassociates.com and its subdomains (the “Site”) and to every product or service you buy from us (the “Services”). By using the Site, submitting a form, checking the agreement box at checkout or paying for a Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business. Some Services also require a separate written agreement or order form; if that document conflicts with these Terms, the separate document controls for that Service.
TLA is a business credit and funding consulting firm. We provide credit-building products, business entity products, analysis and consulting services. We are not a bank, lender, credit bureau, law firm, investment adviser or credit counseling agency. We do not make loans or credit decisions, and we do not provide legal advice. Where a Service such as tax preparation is provided, it is limited to the scope stated in that Service’s engagement.
Nothing on the Site or in our communications is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice unless it is expressly provided as part of a paid engagement for that purpose. You should consult your own attorney, CPA or financial professional before making decisions.
Service descriptions, inclusions, pricing and delivery estimates appear on the Site or in your order form. In summary:
You are added as an authorized user on an existing credit card account held by an independent cardholder. You will not receive a card, account number or any ability to use the account. The listed price includes the tradeline price plus a TLA service charge for processing your order. Tradelines are added for a set reporting period and are then removed. Reporting depends on the card issuer and the credit bureaus; posting dates are estimates.
Packages help a business establish trade or credit accounts that report to business credit bureaus (such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business or Equifax Business). Account approval, credit limits and reporting are determined by the vendors and bureaus. Your business must meet the stated eligibility requirements and keep accounts in good standing.
A shelf company is a previously formed entity, maintained in good standing, whose ownership is transferred to you. Its formation date is not operating history, revenue or credit history. Unless stated in writing, it has no EIN, bank account, assets, revenue or credit file. You are responsible for operating it lawfully, keeping state filings and fees current after transfer, and truthfully disclosing the change of ownership whenever asked. Inventory, availability and pricing can change without notice until your reservation is confirmed.
The FRA is a paid analysis of your personal and business credit and funding profile, delivered as a written report and recommendations, generally within the timeframe stated on the FRA page after we receive your complete information. It is an assessment only. It is not a loan application, pre-approval or promise of financing.
We help prepare and position your business for funding and may introduce you to third-party funders. Fees are for our consulting and preparation work, not for approval. Any success or performance fee applies only if stated in your written agreement.
We assist businesses in reviewing merchant cash advance obligations and negotiating restructured terms with funders, and we may refer you to independent attorneys. We cannot guarantee that any funder will agree to new terms, stop collection or reduce a balance. You remain responsible for your obligations unless and until a funder agrees otherwise in writing. These Services are for businesses only, not for personal or household debts.
Provided under a separate engagement that defines the scope, the documents you must supply and the fees. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
eBooks, guides, templates and bundles are licensed to you for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, share, copy or publish them. They are educational and are not individualized advice.
Our Services involve immediate work, third-party costs and information that cannot be returned once delivered. For that reason, fees for any Service that has been provided, or that we have started providing, are non-refundable. The rules for each product are below.
| Product or Service | Refund rule |
|---|---|
| Funding Readiness Audit (FRA) | Non-refundable once the audit has been provided or work on your audit has begun. If you cancel in writing before we begin reviewing your file, we will refund the fee less non-recoverable payment processing costs. |
| AU tradelines | The TLA service charge is non-refundable once your order has been submitted to the tradeline provider. If you cancel before submission, the order is refunded less processing costs. If a tradeline is not added or does not report as described within two reporting cycles after its statement date, and the cause is not your information or your actions, we will, at our option, re-add the same tradeline, replace it with one of equal or greater value, or refund the tradeline price (not the service charge). |
| Business tradeline packages | Non-refundable once fulfillment has begun. If an account included in your package cannot be established for reasons within our or our vendor’s control, we will provide a comparable substitute or credit the value of that account. |
| Aged shelf companies | Non-refundable once ownership transfer work has begun or documents have been prepared or filed. If you cancel before transfer work begins, we will refund the purchase price less non-recoverable costs such as state filing, registered agent and payment processing fees. |
| Consulting, funding preparation, business credit building, MCA restructuring and tax preparation | Fees for work performed are non-refundable. Any refund for a cancelled engagement is limited to what your written agreement provides for work not yet performed. |
| Digital products (pre-order) | Digital products are sold as pre-orders and delivered in at least 2 weeks. All sales are final once the files are delivered. If we cannot deliver within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund. If a delivered file is defective or cannot be opened, contact us within 7 days and we will provide a working copy. |
Email info@tradelineassociates.com with your name, order number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval. Duplicate charges or charges made in error are always refunded.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable right you have under applicable law. Where a law requires a cancellation period or refund right for a particular Service, we will honor it.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback for a Service that was delivered as described, or that falls under the non-refundable terms above, is a breach of these Terms. We will respond to the dispute with records of your order, your acceptance of these Terms and our delivery of the Service. We may suspend pending work while a dispute is open and may seek to recover amounts owed through lawful means.
You agree that we may send agreements, notices and disclosures electronically, and that electronic signatures and checkbox acceptances are binding. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive calls and text messages from TLA about your inquiry, orders and, if you separately consent, offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
The Site, our reports, guides, templates, digital products, branding and content are owned by TLA or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials delivered to you for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
You agree not to: submit false information or another person’s information without authorization; interfere with the Site’s security or operation; scrape or harvest data; upload malicious code; or use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose. We may suspend access for any violation.
Broker and referral partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of TLA, and may not make promises or guarantees on our behalf. Partner relationships, compensation and conduct are governed by a separate partner agreement.
We may rely on or link to third parties, including payment processors, tradeline providers, registered agents, funders, scheduling tools and other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or performance.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLA disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding credit scores, credit reporting, approvals or funding outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLA and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost funding opportunities or credit decisions made by third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid to TLA for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and indemnify TLA against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from information you provided that was false or incomplete, your misuse of any product or Service, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Informal resolution first. Before starting any claim, you agree to contact us at info@tradelineassociates.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court. Arbitration may be conducted by video or in the county where you live or do business. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Class action waiver: you and TLA each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with your name and a statement that you opt out.
